MBA in Distance Mode for Working Professionals

ICFAI
ICFAI has emerged as a premier institute and is reliable in terms of placements also. ICFAI in collaboration with Cygnus offers internships for students. This is unique as only full time students have this privelege in other institutes.
The course fees is Rs. 30,000 without training programmes and Rs. 45,000 with it. Alchemist HR Services has tied up with ICFAI for placements to the students.
Symbiosis
SCDL (Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning) does not offer a direct MBA degree due to evade some governmental regulations. However, the PGDBA (Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration) is as good as any other MBA course. Moreover, the programme can be completed in 18 months if you wish for.
Candidates are eligible only if they are graduates from a recognised University or diploma holders from a recognised polytechnic Institute. The candidates should also have 5 years of work experience done under supervision.
HP, Intel, IBM Daksh and Aztec are some of the top companies who have registered for the course.
IGNOU
IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) offers two kinds of MBA degrees. In the first type a student is bound to complete all 11 courses which varies from Information Systems to Marketing.
Graduates with three years work experience, professional degree holders, masters degree holders are eligible only after getting through the OPENMAT exam which is conducted twice a year. The course fees are Rs. 800 per subject.
The second MBA is on Banking and Finance, specially created for the banking sector. Only candidates who have passed the CAIIB exam conducted by the IIB (Indian Institute of Bankers). The course fees is Rs.600 per subject.
