For this task Shemaroo joined hands with top Indian mobile operators like BPL, Idea, Airtel, Reliance, Tata and Vodafone. According to the announcements made by Shemaroo the videos have been edited with the purpose to offer complete benefit of 1 complete Asanas (Yoga Postures).
The Yoga postures or asanas are arranged in an order they provide benefits including postures for stomach, shoulder, back and neck. The video also includes Pranayam or the breathing exercises. The product claims to present Yoga in a much more simplified form. All these Yoga postures were performed under the guidance Yoga Instructor, Shiv Kumar Mishra and Manish Jha directed the videos.
