Ingredients Required:

1) 4-5cups of milk
2) 1/4th cup of long rained rice, washed properly.
3) 3-4 cardamom seeds properly crushed.
4) A pinch of saffron soaked in hot milk
5) 2-3 Almonds crushed
6) Most importantly sugar
7) Dry fruits of your choice

Steps:
1) Pour the milk and rice in a vessel and let it boil for some time. Put in the cardamom seeds too. Once the milk boils, lower the flame and let the rice continue to boil till it breaks up completely.

2) Add saffron to this mixture along with the dry fruits and let the mixture boil for 2-3 minutes.

3) Now finally add sugar to the mixture and stir till it completely dissolves.

4) Let the mixture cool and when completely cooled serve it your brother.
