Aishwarya’s Corporate Look for Sarkar Raj

Sarkar Raj is ready for release and people are ready to see the Bachchan brand sizzle together on the screen in this movie. Amitabh and Abhishek are back with their father-son chemistry that looks equally charismatic on screen too and Aishwarya comes as a surprise package.

Ash is sporting a new look and what a relief to see her in a fresh new avatar. Otherwise she looked quite monotonous with her usual Neeta Lulla designed look.

In Sarkar Raj, Ash plays a businesswoman named Anita Rajan. She is a CEO of an International Company that wishes to build up a power plant in India. Falguni Thakore designed Ash’s look in Sarkar Raj.

“Ramu wanted a strong corporate woman with a feminine touch,” Falguni says. She chose strong and soft corporate colors for Ash and her look is mostly formal and corporate. She wears suits, shirts and trousers all through the movie. Falguni also made use of denim jackets to give her a very NRI’ish look in the film.

Falguni says, “To bring out her strong character, Ash had to have a no make-up look. So they put

very light make-up for her.” Swearing by Ash’s professionalism she says, “I had decided to keep side bangs for her hair. When we told Ash that she could opt for a wig, Ash preferred to cut her hair and get the required hairstyle rather than use a wig.”

Ash is extremely cooperative and involved in her character. So she keeps giving inputs and tips,” says Falguni. “She is very particular about her look and what she is wearing. You can call her a perfectionist. She has an eye for detail,” she adds.

No wonder she fetched herself glares worth 10 lakh. Looks like she really got into the skin of the character… quite literally!
