Officially LG Touchscreen KF700 Launched

At GSMA 2008 LG officially launched its slide-out touchscreen keypad phone KF700 phone. Soon you can find this sleek multimedia phone in stores. LG-KF700 is the first phone with a combination of 3 input systems: an alphanumeric keypad, 3-inch touchscreen and shortcut dial.
Dr Skott Ahn, President and CEO of LG Mobile Communications said: “We looked beyond just touch when designing the LG-KF700 and studied how people actually use their phones. The LG-KF700’s three separate input methods provide unmatched convenience and mean that users don’t have to give up anything to gain a touchscreen.”

LG-KF700 is enhanced with adaptive onscreen interface that is capable in improving video quality and net browsing. Shortcut dial allows user easier scrolling through 6 user-selected features by controlling virtual dial on screen. Shortcut dial also allows user to zoom-in web pages, emails or adjusting volume. 3rd input method is traditional method that is alphanumeric keypad.
LG-KF700 has full-fledged Web browser that provides user with easy access to Google search, Gmail, Maps, Youtube, Blogs, etc. It has video-calling feature as it easily support HSDPA 3G network. Other features of LG-KF700 are:

- 3.0 megapixel camera
- MPEG4 video player
- Bluetooth
- USB connectivity
- Expandable memory supported via microSD memory card
This sleek handset is available in silver and black color. LG-KF700 is presently available in European market and soon it should be available in Indian market.
